Your task is to match the right investor with the right deal and earn an assignment fee in the middle! You pay ZERO in over head costs.
You are profitable on your first deal and the market never slows down, regardless of the economy.
What if I have ZERO experience in real estate?
No experience? No problem.
When you register you will be taken through 12 hours of training that will cover every single step and process from beginning to end. You have 24/7 access to the training for 1 full year and you can refer back to it as many times as needed. When I first started I didn't have any experience either but I was able to make $15,700 in my first month. And exactly what I did is taught in training and it still works today!
How much can I realistically expect to make from each deal?
Every deal is different in it's own way so your average assignment fees will vary from $2,500 to $10,000 or more for Residential and $20,000 or more for Commercial Deals. In training you will learn how to negotiate with the buyer and seller so all of you end up with a fair deal. When there is more than one investor who wants the same deal then you can raise your assignment fee and choose the highest bidder.

Besides the upfront fees that you list on your website, are there any other fees that I need to pay to operate this business?
There are no major fees or investments required to operate this business.
There are small expenses like business cards $20, a secondary phone number app $15, so you are not giving out your personal number, and you can purchase some leads lists for $10-$40.
What if I operate another business or have a full time job?
It is very common that most people who wholesale real estate either have another business or work at a full time job. When I first started, I had a website design business and helped run a catering company. You can build a small "commission only" team and delegate most of the tasks or you can utilize your time management skills and handle the tasks yourself. Remember, if you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go far then go with a team.
How does the mentorship/partnership work?
Once you have completed training then you will get to work on the initial steps outlined in training. Once you have completed the initial steps you will contact me and we can work together on your deals. I will guide you every step of the way until closing, while making sure you are learning through hands on training. We will split the assignment fee 50/50 and you decide how many deals we will work together on.
